Pelican Harbour HOA
Pelican Harbour is a deed restricted community. There are community lakes and common areas for use by all residents.
Each year the community holds a Fall Festival with games, jumpers, tournaments, etc. Hot Dogs and hamburgers are served, and homeowners bring various dishes.
Pelican Harbour and Sabal Grove team up every year to hold a joint Easter Egg Hunt for the kids at the Community Park of Rockledge. Hotdogs and refreshments are served. Other events in Pelican Harbour: Yard of the Quarter, Holiday Decorating Contest, Neighborhood yard sales.
